You do not have to spend time advertising, taking rental calls and showing the

screening and background checks for the application process and has the expertise
to execute the rental agreement and handle the monetary transactions, just to

Q: How do you handle maintenance repairs?
A: The owner typically sets a cap amount for maintenance. For example, if
the owner sets a cap of $300, any repairs that are needed that do not exceed
$300 can be done without having to gain approval first. Any repair that is
bigger than that amount has to be approved by the owner. We strictly follow
Texas Property Code and adhere to the requirements they have set regarding

investors or we can place it on the open market.

A: We do all owner statements on the last business day of the month.
